Huddle Up: Coutee will have some upside as a flex option in what could be a high-scoring game against the Colts, but there is always a risk that his hamstring injury will flare up.

Huddle Up: Coutee is expected to be a game-time decision, so owners will need to check the inactive list for his status. He has played well when he is healthy and could be a flex option if he plays, but owners will need other options available in case he is ruled out.

Huddle Up: Coutee would be a flex option in PPR if he's healthy enough to play.

Huddle Up: Coutee appears to be on track to play this week and likely will be the No. 3 receiver for the Texans against the Washington Redskins. He can be considered at least a flex option in leagues if he is active for the game.

Huddle Up: Coutee appears to have a good chance to play in the Week 11 as long as he does not suffer a setback during the week. He likely will serve as the slot receiver for the Texans and can be a No. 3 receiver or flex option for fantasy owners.

Huddle Up: Owners will need to monitor Coutee's practice participation this week to see if he is on track to play against the Washington Redskins. Coutee likely will serve as the slot receiver when he returns to the lineup and can be a No. 3 receiver or flex option for fantasy owners.

Huddle Up: It's a blow to the Texans and fantasy owners alike, but it is an understandable position as Coutee has dealt with strained hamstrings in both legs. A return may not be far off, however, as the rookie practiced on a limited basis last week. With Houston on bye in Week 10, owners should assume Coutee will be questionable for Week 11 against the Washington Redskins.

Huddle Up: DeAndre Hopkins and Demaryius Thomas will receive a majority of the targets in the passing game with Coutee sidelined. Hopkins should be a No. 1 receiver in all leagues, while Thomas can be a No. 2 or No. 3 fantasy receiver.

Huddle Up: Owners will need to check the inactive list to see if Coutee will be able to play in Week 9. He likely will be the slot receiver for the Texans when he plays and could be a No. 3 receiver or flex option this week if he is active.

Huddle Up: Coutee could be a game-time decision this week, so owners will need to check the inactive list. Coutee likely will be the slot receiver moving forward after the addition of Demaryius Thomas. He has a chance to be a No. 3 receiver or flex option if he plays.

Huddle Up: Coutee appears to have a chance to play this week, so owners should continue to monitor his status. He likely will work as the slot receiver because of the addition of Demaryius Thomas but can still be a No. 3 receiver or flex option for owners.
Posted: 10/31/2018 1:51pm ET
Huddle Up: It's uncertain if Coutee will be forced to miss any playing time or not, but the addition of Demaryius Thomas from the Denver Broncos at the trade deadline certainly doesn't help his short-term fantasy appeal. Once DT gets up to speed in the Houston offense, Coutee is likely to be third in the pecking order for receptions.
Posted: 10/24/2018 2:49pm ET
Huddle Up: Coutee's injury was not believed to be serious, but perhaps with the short turnaround the team didn't want to risk him aggravating it further. He might be ready to go in Week 9, but when healthy he is nothing more than a WR4 or flex fantasy play in leagues of 12 or more teams.
Posted: 10/22/2018 5:27pm ET
Huddle Up: Coutee was not able to finish the Week 7 game because of the injury, so his status for this week is uncertain. Owners should know more about his availability in the next few days, but he will be a risky option if he is active.
Posted: 10/22/2018 11:03am ET
Huddle Up: Coutee's production has slowed considerably since his 11-catch, 15-target debut, but he's also seen limited time at practice since returning and been dogged by a hamstring injury since this summer. Owners of the rookie receiver should hold onto him, as they have already seen his upside, and he's one injury away from having significant relevance in fantasy.

Huddle Up: Coutee missed time earlier in the season because of a hamstring injury and may miss the Week 8 game since the team plays on Thursday Night Football. Owners should monitor the situation to see when he will be able to return to the field.
Posted: 10/21/2018 11:48am ET
Huddle Up: Owners should know more about Coutee's injury in the next day or two. He has played well over the last several weeks but could miss time because of the injury. Will Fuller probably would see more targets if Coutee misses time and has a chance to be a No. 3 fantasy receiver against the Miami Dolphins in Week 8.

Huddle Up: Coutee has been limited during practice recently because of a hamstring injury, but it is not known if he aggravated that injury or suffered a new injury. Will Fuller likely will see targets while Coutee is out.
Posted: 10/18/2018 3:27pm ET
Huddle Up: Coutee has been a factor in the passing game over the last several weeks and should continue to see a solid amount of targets. He can be a No. 3 receiver or flex option in most leagues despite the tough matchup.
Posted: 10/17/2018 3:05pm ET
Huddle Up: Coutee had a disappointing performance in Week 6 but has been targeted 27 times in his first three games. He can be a No. 3 receiver or flex option in some fantasy leagues but will be facing a solid defense.
Posted: 10/14/2018 7:41pm ET
Huddle Up: The Houston pass offense was struggling, as Deshaun Watson (chest) was grinding through an injury and the Buffalo defense also was making things difficult. Coutee has been a fantasy riser in recent weeks, but you can expect similar production in Week 7 against the Jaguars on the road.
Posted: 10/12/2018 1:24pm ET
Huddle Up: Coutee has been a solid factor in the passing game over his first two games of the season and should continue to be targeted during games. He can be a No. 3 receiver in most fantasy leagues this week.
Posted: 10/11/2018 2:49pm ET
Huddle Up: Coutee is coming off a solid performance last week when he posted 51 yards and one touchdown. He has been targeted 22 times in two games and could post for a starting job in the upcoming weeks. He can be a No. 3 receiver in leagues this week.
Posted: 10/10/2018 2:27pm ET
Huddle Up: Coutee has made an immediate impact since making his debut in Week 4, going for 109 yards and 11 grabs in Indianapolis before six more catches with a touchdown in Week 5. He has rapidly emerged as a solid WR4 or flex option in most fantasy leagues.
Posted: 10/7/2018 11:37pm ET
Huddle Up: It was a step back from his 11-109 line from Week 4, but Coutee looks like he's here to stay. If you stayed away after last week go ahead and bring him on board as your fifth wideout -- assuming you can spare the room.
Posted: 10/6/2018 9:38pm ET
Huddle Up: Coutee had an incredible debut against the Colts last week that included 11 catches for 109 yards. He should be owned in all formats at this point, and he could be worth starting in Week 5 in case he can build on his strong start.
Posted: 10/5/2018 1:25pm ET
Huddle Up: Coutee made his debut in Week 4 and went over the century mark in yardage, turning heads and garnering plenty of interest off the fantasy waiver wire. He benefited from Will Fuller leaving the game. Each are questionable for the game, and their fantasy appeal and targets really change if the other isn't available. If both are active, Fuller is the receiver to own, with Coutee picking up just scraps and limited value.
Posted: 10/4/2018 3:02pm ET
Huddle Up: Coutee played well in his season debut in Week 4 and appears to be the team's No. 3 receiver. He was targeted 15 times last week and should have a solid role again in Week 5. He can be considered a No. 3 receiver or flex option for owners.
Posted: 9/30/2018 5:37pm ET
Huddle Up: Coutee, who was slowed by a hamstring, made his debut in style. The speedster from Texas Tech stepped right in and made a difference and he will be a highly coveted addition off the waiver wire this week. Remember, though, DeAndre Hopkins and Will Fuller still exist, so temper expectations a bit. Treat him more as a WR5 in most fantasy leagues heading into Week 5 against the Cowboys.
Posted: 4/29/2018 4:16pm ET
Huddle Up: Owners will need to monitor the situation during camp to see what role Coutee will have in 2018. Coutee could be a decent option in keeper leagues and possibly a late-round option on deeper leagues.
Posted: 4/28/2018 9:19am ET
Huddle Up: Coutee likely will be a slot receiver and a returner for the Texans. He probably will see limited targets in his rookie season and can be avoided in most fantasy leagues.
