San Francisco 49ers WR Marquise Goodwin managed five receptions for 116 yards on 11 targets in the Week 5 game against the Indianapolis Colts.

Huddle Up: Goodwin was back from a concussion and showed no ill effects of the injury. Someone has to step up in San Francisco and catch passes, so why not Goodwin? He isn't worth scooping up just yet, but if he has another decent game in Week 6 on the road against the Redskins he can be trusted.

San Francisco 49ers WR Marquise Goodwin caught one pass, a 46-yard touchdown, against the Minnesota Vikings in the preseason Sunday, Aug. 27.

Huddle Up: Goodwin is one of the fastest players in the NFL, and he will have plenty of chances to use speed as the No. 2 receiver in San Francisco. There's enough upside to grab him as a WR5.

San Francisco 49ers WR Marquise Goodwin is expected to be the No. 2 receiver this season, according to Matt Maiocco of CSNBayArea.com.

Huddle Up: Goodwin has speed to burn, and a starting role should give him plenty of chances to make big plays. Consistency will be an issue, but he is worth a look as a WR5.

Buffalo Bills WR Marquise Goodwin (concussion) was active in Week 9 against the Seattle Seahawks Monday, Nov. 7. He posted four receptions for 43 yards on five targets.

Huddle Up: Goodwin is a playmaker, but he is a lot more useful from a fantasy perspective when Robert Woods is absent. All Bills will have two weeks to heal up with a bye in Week 10.

  • Posted: 11/4/2016 5:48pm ET

Buffalo Bills WR Marquise Goodwin (concussion) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 4.

Huddle Up: Goodwin should be able to play in Week 9 if he passes all of his concussion tests. He is a deep threat in the passing game for the Bills and could be a flex option in some deeper leagues since he will receive some targets.

  • Posted: 11/3/2016 6:58pm ET

Buffalo Bills WR Marquise Goodwin (concussion) was a limited participant in practice Thursday, Nov. 3.

Huddle Up: Goodwin has fringe value in cavernous leagues in the event he dresses.

Buffalo Bills WR Marquise Goodwin (concussion) is not participating in practice Thursday, Oct. 27.

Huddle Up: It appears like Goodwin may not be cleared to play in Week 8, but owners should check on his status later in the week. Justin Hunter likely would receive more playing time if Goodwin is ruled out. He could be a flex option in deeper leagues as well as a sleeper option in daily fantasy leagues.

Buffalo Bills WR Marquise Goodwin (concussion) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Oct. 26.

Huddle Up: Goodwin needs to pass the concussion tests before he is cleared to play in Week 8, so owners should check on his status later in the week. Goodwin is valuable because of his big-play ability, but owners probably should look for other options to use.

  • Posted: 10/24/2016 3:11pm ET

Buffalo Bills WR Marquise Goodwin (concussion) suffered a concussion in Week 7 and is going through the concussion protocol, according to head coach Rex Ryan.

Huddle Up: Goodwin's status for Week 8 is uncertain at this point, so owners will need to monitor his situation during the week. He could be a flex option in deeper leagues if he plays because of his big-play potential. Justin Hunter would receive a bigger role if Goodwin is ruled out and could be an option in some fantasy leagues.

Buffalo Bills WR Marquise Goodwin hauled in four receptions for 93 yards and a touchdown in the Week 7 game against the Miami Dolphins. He was targeted a team-high seven times.

Huddle Up: Goodwin is a speed burner, and sort of the last man standing with a ton of injuries at the receiver position in Buffalo. He is worth a look as a WR3 in all fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams. The Bills host the Patriots in Week 8.
