The consistency rating comes from the number of times where they had either a 100 total yards game and/or a touchdown game, all divided by the number of games that they played.
The Column for “Either” shows how many times they had either 100 rushing yards and/or a touchdown game.

In 2011 it was Ryan Matthews and Marshawn Lynch as the newcomers to the top rankings but only Lynch held on. Last season saw an unprecedented amount of change in running backs. Doug Martin, Alfred Morris and Trent Richardson shot up the rankings in nearly all categories and brought the rookie rusher back into prominence after a lengthy absence. Adrian Peterson dominated the yardage categories to no surprise but only gained 100 total yards two more times than C.J. Spiller who is sure to heat up drafts this summer.
