ARIZONA
WR John Brown (toe) has been ruled out. WR J.J. Nelson (chest) had a limited early week of practice but got in a full session Friday and was removed from the team’s final injury report.
ATLANTA
RB Devonta Freeman (concussion) put in a couple of limited practice sessions this week but has not yet cleared concussion protocol. He’s out this week. WR Julio Jones (ankle, knee) continues to rest his nagging injuries but is expected to play and not on the team’s final injury report.
BALTIMORE – Monday Night
RB Terrance West (calf) was a scratch last week when expected to play and he’s practicing fully this week as well. He may return to the crowded backfield Monday night.
BUFFALO
RB Mike Tolbert (hamstring) has been ruled out. WR Kelvin Benjamin (knee) didn’t practice all week and is not expected to play. The Bills continue managing the practice reps of WR Jordan Matthews (knee) as he was limited again all week. Unlike last week, however, he’s expected to play. TE Charles Clay (knee) is back on the injury report as questionable after being limited all week in practice, but he’s expected to play.
CAROLINA
WR Curtis Samuel (ankle) was placed on IR, ending his season. TE Greg Olsen (foot, IR) returned to practice last week and he appears on schedule to be activated from IR and play this weekend. He’s not on the injury report.
CHICAGO
WR Josh Bellamy (concussion) didn’t practice this week and is not likely to play after being tagged as doubtful. WR Dontrelle Inman (groin) got in a full practice Friday after a limited week and is expected to play. TE Dion Sims (illness) has missed the past two game due to an undisclosed illness, but returned to practice on a limited basis this week and is on schedule to return to action Sunday.
CINCINNATI
WR Brandon LaFell (hamstring) and TE Tyler Kroft (hand) were rested on Wednesday but both put in full practices the rest of the week and didn’t make the team’s final injury report.
CLEVELAND
RB Isaiah Crowell (shoulder) was limited a bit this week but wasn’t on the team’s final injury report. As usual, WR Kenny Britt (knee) was limited in practice but not on the final injury report.
DALLAS – Played Thursday Night
PK Dan Bailey (groin) was active and returned to kicking duties this week.
DENVER
WR Emmanuel Sanders (ankle) got in limited practice sessions to end the week after being held out Wednesday. He’s expected to play despite the questionable tag. TE A.J. Derby (shoulder) is expected to revert to IR after being waived.
DETROIT – Played Thursday Night
No injuries of fantasy note.
GREEN BAY
RB Aaron Jones (knee) remain out. RB Ty Montgomery (ribs) didn’t practice and is listed as doubtful and not expected to play.
HOUSTON – Monday Night
WR DeAndre Hopkins (foot) put in limited practices so far this week but is expected to play. WR Will Fuller (ribs) isn’t practicing this week and is not expected to play.
INDIANAPOLIS
QB Jacoby Brissett (concussion) logged full practices this week and cleared concussion protocol. He’s not on the team’s final injury report.
JACKSONVILLE
RB Leonard Fournette (ankle) remains limited in practice but is not on the team’s final injury report and expects to play. WR Marqise Lee (knee) continues his usual limited practice routine but didn’t make the team’s final injury report. WR Allen Hurns (ankle) has been ruled out again after failing to hit the practice field.
KANSAS CITY
WR Albert Wilson (hamstring) was limited Wednesday but returned to full practices the rest of the week and is expected to return to action Sunday.
LOS ANGELES CHARGERS – Played Thursday Night
WR Mike Williams (knee) was active this week but re-injured his knee during the game.
LOS ANGELES RAMS
RB Malcolm Brown (knee) remains out indefinitely. WR Robert Woods (shoulder) has also been ruled out and expected to miss a couple weeks.
MIAMI
QB Jay Cutler (concussion) was very limited in practice this week and has been ruled out.
MINNESOTA – Played Thursday Night

NEW ENGLAND
QB Tom Brady (achilles) took it easy in practice this week but is expected to play. WR Chris Hogan (shoulder) missed practice all week again and has been ruled out. WR Danny Amendola (knee) continue to log limited sessions in practice as usual but is expected to play. TE Martellus Bennett (shoulder, hamstring) didn’t practice and is listed as doubtful and not likely to play.
NEW ORLEANS

NEW YORK GIANTS – Played Thursday Night
WR Sterling Shepard (illness) is still dealing with migraines and didn’t play again this week.
NEW YORK JETS
RB Matt Forte (knee) continues to miss practices and it doesn’t seem like he’ll hit the playing field this weekend despite the team indicating he’ll be a game-time decision.
OAKLAND

PHILADELPHIA
PK Kake Elliott (concussion) put in full practices late in the week and has cleared concussion protocol. He’ll play Sunday.
PITTSBURGH
WR JuJu Smith-Schuster (hamstring) didn’t practice all week and has been ruled out. Same goes for TE Vance McDonald (ankle).
SAN FRANCISCO
WR Trent Taylor (ribs) returned to limited practices this week and is expected to get back on the field Sunday. The same goes for TE George Kittle (ankle) who was removed from the team’s final injury report. … QB C.J. Beathard will remain the starter this week.
SEATTLE
RB Mike Davis (groin) isn’t practicing and not expected to play Sunday after being tagged doubtful. TE Jimmy Graham (ankle) logged limited work in practice this week but he’s expected to play through his questionable tag.
TAMPA BAY
QB Jameis Winston (right shoulder) is expected to remain out for at least another week or two. TE Cameron Brate (ankle) was limited in practice most of the week but put in a full session Friday and was removed from the team’s final injury report.
TENNESSEE
WR Rishard Matthews (hamstring) was added to the team’s injury report after putting in a limited practice session Thursday and he didn’t go on Friday. Despite being tagged questionable he’s not expected to play.
WASHINGTON – Played Thursday Night
WR Terrelle Pryor (ankle) has been placed on IR, ending his season, and TE Jordan Reed (hamstring) didn’t play again this week.
