What does The Huddle membership cost?
Membership to The Huddle web site costs just $34.95 ($29.95 for returning members). We believe this price to be a great bargain in the Fantasy Football industry considering it is less than the cost of a few Fantasy Football magazines that are out of date by the time you buy them.
How may I pay for my The Huddle Membership?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
I’m nervous about using my credit card or bank account on the Internet — how secure is it?
We are using one of the top credit card processing companies in the US and their secure servers use the latest encryption technology and all secure data is stored in encrypted form. There’s not a more secure process on the Internet.
May I purchase a Huddle Membership by check or money order?
The Huddle required a valid credit or debit card for purchase. So at this time the use of an EFT (electronic fund transfer) from your checking account is not provided.
May I purchase a Huddle Membership with cash?
We cannot accept cash because of many safety concerns, foremost among them the U.S. Postal Service’s recommendation that you never send cash in the mail.
I live outside the United States. How can I purchase a Huddle Membership?
You can use one of the above-listed major credit cards. Our order form will accept orders from many countries.
If I live outside the United States, will my payment be adjusted for the difference in currency or figured at the U.S. dollar rate?
In the interest of simplicity and speed in billing subscriptions, we must bill at the U.S. dollar rate.
How will renewals work?
All single season Huddle memberships expire on May 31st of the year following your purchase. Your Huddle membership will auto-renew each year on June 1st and your credit card on file will be charged. There is no need to renew your single season auto-renewing Huddle membership. If your credit card on file has changed or expired you will need to go to your Payment Information in myHUDDLE (available soon) to update that information in order for your auto-renewal to process.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you have a problem with our service, please let us know by sending us a message via our Contact Page and we will do our best to resolve the problem for you. If you are still not satisfied with our service, you may cancel your membership within the first 30 days following either your purchase or your auto-renewal and we will refund your fee. Given the seasonal nature of our product, no refunds will be provided after that 30 day period.
May I view The Huddle on a trial basis before paying?
Some of our features are free to the public during most of the NFL pre-season. Feel free to experience our site during that time. Once the regular season begins, most of our features are for members only. By providing limited free access during the pre-season we feel it’s not necessary to offer trial memberships.
Why can’t I log into the fantasy football message boards?
The site username and password you created during the purchase process is for The Huddle information website only. The message boards are a separate system and if you would like to use them you will need to register there. You may use your site username and password or you may register differently.
Can I use my membership from more than one computer — say, at work and at home?
Yes. For your personal convenience, just use the same site username and password on your browser at each location where you wish to use your subscription. To protect The Huddle from abuse of accounts, if our servers detect that the same subscription is being used from an unreasonable number of discrete locations (IP addresses) we reserve the right to cancel that membership.
I’m a member but I’m having problems accessing members only reports and features. What gives?

How do I log out?
Normally you’ll just stay logged in once you access the site. But there may be a need to log out if you use The Huddle at a public Internet connection in a library or cafe. You can log out by simply clicking on the “Logout” link you will find at the top of every page.
